Description
Fucus vesiculosus MT is remedy for obesity and non-toxic goitre; also exophthalmic. Digestion is furthered and flatulence diminished. Obstinate constipation; forehead feels as if compressed by an iron ring. Thyroid enlargement in obese subjects. It is also used in rheumatism. Thyroid stimulation linked to iodine in the plant extract. Research in Italy (1976) proved its anti-obseity weight reduction properties. According to R. Morrison, it is indicated for hyperthyroid (in reduced doses, as per our observations).
