2. Time Frame for Returns

If your order qualifies for return or replacement, you must notify us within
48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team via email or phone.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or replacement:

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected by our quality control team.
Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

In case the payment was made via COD (Cash on Delivery), the refund will be processed through bank transfer or wallet credit
after confirmation of your account details.

  • ❌ Products with damaged original packaging or missing labels
  • ❌ Temperature-sensitive and cold-chain medicines

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

7. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

If you receive a damaged, wrong, or tampered product, please do not use it.
