Description
Chloroformum is a powerful homoeopathic medicine derived from Chloroform, a volatile, anesthetic agent with deep action on the nervous system, digestive organs, and special senses. Known for inducing altered mental states, muscular relaxation, and insensibility, it is especially suited for acute neurological disturbances, convulsions, and functional paralysis. It shows notable efficacy in cases of vertigo, sick headache, puerperal and tetanic convulsions, and delirium tremens. Its action extends to loss of smell and taste, aural disturbances, and visual hallucinations or floaters. Chloroformum is also recognized for its role in gall-stone colic and paralysis of bladder sphincter, particularly post-partum.
