RHUS AROMATICA

Rhus aromatica, also known as Fragrant Sumach, is a homoeopathic medicine prepared from the root bark of the Rhus aromatica shrub, part of the Anacardiaceae family. Traditionally used in North America for its astringent and tonic properties, this medicine is particularly valued in homoeopathy for its strong action on the urinary system and conditions of relaxed tone in mucous membranes and organs.

• Urinary Disorders

• Particularly indicated in diabetes mellitus and diabetes insipidus, especially when urine is passed in large quantities and has low specific gravity.
• Incontinence of urine in children and the elderly due to vesical atony (weakness of the bladder muscles).
• Constant dribbling of urine, pale albuminous urine with cystitis and haematuria.
• Pain before or at the beginning of urination, severe enough to cause distress, especially in children.

• Enuresis (Bedwetting)

• Rhus aromatica helps for night and daytime enuresis, especially in children who have persistent bedwetting habits.
• Also helpful in senile incontinence where the tone of the bladder is compromised.

• Hemorrhagic Condition
